About Me
Since I can remember, I have had a passion for education, learning and people. As a result, I devoted my life to self-growth and helping others realize their personal and professional aspiration. After earning my doctorate degree in psychology with neuroscience concentration, I fulfilled this passion and started a practice helping others gain insight and implement change in their life.
After practicing for 10 years, I continued my journey of personal and professional growth and return to school to earn a masters degree in Pharmacology and Business Administration. Although my experience and education prepared me to be a coach, I decided to become certified in professional coaching specializing in Transformational Core Energy and Master in Energy Leadership.
One of my proudest professional moments was when I received a leadership award; voted by my peers as the most helpful and influential leader. A surprise I did not expect, but one that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
With a vision to create a coaching and consulting firm that integrated a multidisciplinary approach in neuroscience, psychology, and business, my practice evolved to include entrepreneurship and leadership development. Since then, I have helped clients world wide to transform their life, overcome challenges and fulfill their personal and business vision.
I am married for over 20 years to a wonderful husband, firefighter and paramedic. I have two adult children and a teenager who is an Eagle Scout and a Black Belt in Taekwondo. As a family, we love traveling, watching movies and taking long hikes. For many years, I have enjoyed running- running for about 10 miles a day- as a form of stress relieving activity that centers me. Recently, I have taken up photography; a new venture I have always wanted to learn.

Women of the Year
In 2022, I was honored to receive the Woman of the Year Award. Being part of professional women in the Flagler Community has been an amazing experience. Part of my mission is to elevate every woman to achieve their vision of success. With that goal in mind, several of my seminars, speaking engagements are focused on women leadership. I also started EleVateHER in Business and EleVateHER Mastermind Groups in central Florida.
Partington Award
Being part of the business community is an important part of my life and business goals. Honored to received the Mayor's Award in Ormond Beach, Florida at the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce Banquet. Leadership in community is the cornerstone of success.
