Stress can interfere with your life. It can have a detrimental affect on your physical, emotional and mental health. Experiencing chronic and prolonged stress can lead to burnout. While we can not eliminate stress, we can manage the tension and prevent burnout. In this session, you will learn the difference between stress and burnout. We will also discuss how our brain responds to stress and how we can better manage it.
